GENERAL RULES

• Entry Fee is a Corn Festival Button
• Entries accepted during gallery  Saturday, September 24, 2022 11:00 am – 3:00 pm, during gallery hours or call 815.258.5191
• Judging Tuesday, September 28, 2022 ( Not open to the public)
• Open to the public during the following hours:
  • Wednesday & Thursday:  4:00pm- 7:00 pm
  • Friday 2:00 pm – 6:00pm
  • Saturday & Sunday Noon – 5:00 pm
• Entries can be picked up on Sunday, October 2, 2022 from noon -5:00 pm, during gallery hours or call 815.258.5191 for appointment.

DIVISIONS:

Adults only 1 entry per Class (Ages 16 and above)

Youth only 1 entry per Class (Ages 15 and below)

No entering same photo in multiple classes.

1. Landscapes & Waterscapes
2. Rural Scenes
3. City Scenes/Architecture
4. Plants and Flowers
5. Animals
6. Birds
7. Insects
8. People
9. Planes, Trains, Automobiles, etc.
10. Corn Festival
11. Sunrise/Sunset

RULES:

The photographer making the entry must have taken the photo. Entries will be limited to one photo per class for Adults. The same photo cannot be entered in multiple classes.

• If space is limited due to number of entries, the committee reserves the right to select the prints for exhibition.
• No Nude or suggestive photos
• There are no restrictions to the age of the
• Prints entered in previous Corn Festival Shows are discouraged.
• The committee has the right to reclassify or eliminate any photo deemed questionable or
• Prints may range in size from 5”x7” to 11”x 14” maybe be matted and/or framed, but not necessary.  All must be hangable.
• The mount shall not be more than three mat boards  Photos mounted on poster and foam board will be accepted. NO LIGHTWEIGHT POSTER BOARD please. Any prints not prepared for exhibit at the time of drop off will not be accepted.
• All entries can be picked up on Sunday from 12-5 pm, during gallery hours or call 815.258.5191 for appointment.
• The EXibit has the right to reject any work of art for exhibition for any

Any piece NOT picked up will be taken to the Corn Festival Office. You must call the office to make arrangements to pick up your work after Corn Festival as the office will be closing for the season on October 7, 2022. Any works not picked up will be forfeited. The Corn Festival office cannot store your works.
